STERILIZATION AND EQUIPMENT

We Provide a Safe and Healthy Clinical Environment with the Highest Hygiene Standards

At our clinic, protecting your health and safety is our top priority. Through advanced sterilization protocols and carefully implemented disinfection procedures, we strive to provide you with a comfortable and reassuring treatment experience at every stage.

Pre-Cleaning and Disinfection

Immediately after the patient leaves, the instruments used are placed in a disinfectant solution and cleaned of organic debris. This stage is essential for ensuring the effectiveness of all subsequent steps.

Automated Washing and Thermal Disinfection with Multisteril

The instruments are automatically washed, disinfected, and dried in the Multisteril unit. This system eliminates the margin of error inherent in manual cleaning and the risk of sharps injuries to staff, ensuring standardized and repeatable cleaning with every cycle. The unit also combines ultrasonic cleaning and disinfection stages into a single closed process.

Packaging

Once dried, the instruments are placed in special pouches containing sterilization indicators and sealed. Each pouch is marked with the sterilization date and cycle information, ensuring the traceability of every package.

Steam Sterilization with the W&H Lina Autoclave

The packaged instruments are sterilized in a W&H Lina Class B autoclave using pressurized saturated steam at 134°C. Thanks to its fractional pre-vacuum system, Class B autoclaves ensure that steam reaches even the innermost areas of hollow (lumened) instruments and packaged materials – this represents the highest sterilization standard in dentistry. The device records pressure, temperature, and time values during each cycle. In addition, Helix and vacuum leak tests are performed regularly.

Storage and Use

Sterile packages are stored in closed cabinets to protect them from contamination and are opened only in front of the patient. This allows our patients to personally see that the instruments prepared for their treatment are sterile.

Disposable Materials and Surface Disinfection

Gloves, masks, syringe tips, suction tips, gowns, cups, and similar materials are single-use and are discarded after each patient. Dental unit surfaces, chairs, headrests, and handles are disinfected between patients, and the clinic’s ventilation system is regularly refreshed.

Reliable, Certified, First-Class Materials

At every stage of our treatment processes, we choose durable, biocompatible materials that meet international quality standards and are safe for human health.

Implant Systems
  • MegaGen AnyRidge: A widely used implant system worldwide, featuring a knife-thread design that provides high primary stability even in low-density bone.

  • DHL Implant

  • NTA Implant

  • One-Piece (Monoblock) Implants: Allow sutureless placement in narrow ridges and suitable cases.

The appropriate implant system is selected according to each patient’s bone structure, ridge width, and specific clinical requirements.

Protetik ve Estetik Restorasyon Materyalleri
  • IPS e.max (Ivoclar Vivadent): Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic.
  • E-max Laminate Veneer: Porcelain veneers.

E-max is one of the materials that can be applied with minimal tooth reduction and most closely replicates the light transmission of natural enamel. For this reason, it is preferred for anterior aesthetics and smile design.

Filling and Adhesive Materials
  • 3M Filtek: Nanocomposite filling material.
  • GC G-ænial: Aesthetic composite.
  • GC G-Premio Bond: Universal bonding agent.
  • VOCO Ionofil: Glass ionomer cement.

Amalgam is not used at our clinic; all fillings are made with aesthetic composite materials that match the natural color of teeth. Glass ionomer, which releases fluoride, is preferred particularly for pediatric patients and preventive applications.

Endodontic (Root Canal Treatment) Materials
  • Dentsply Sirona ProTaper: Nickel-titanium rotary root canal file system.
  • Dentsply Sirona AH Plus: Epoxy resin-based root canal sealer.

The ProTaper file system adapts to the natural anatomy of the root canal, allowing it to be shaped with less trauma. AH Plus, with its low solubility and high sealing performance, is one of the sealers considered a benchmark in endodontics. This combination shortens treatment time while increasing long-term success rates.

Anesthesia
  • Ultracain: Articaine-based local anesthetic.

Articaine is one of the most widely used local anesthetics in dentistry due to its rapid onset of action and high tissue penetration. It provides a pain-free experience during treatment.

Teeth Whitening
  • Opalescence Boost (Ultradent): In-office, chemically activated teeth whitening system.

Opalescence Boost works through a chemical activation system that does not require light, thereby avoiding heat-induced sensitivity. The potassium nitrate and fluoride it contains help reduce post-treatment sensitivity while supporting the enamel structure. The treatment is completed in a single session under the supervision of a dentist.
